A Little Note From Me

I love sharing herbs, but I also want About Herbals to be a place where we're sensible about them.
Herbal teas can be a lovely part of everyday life, but they aren't a guaranteed treatment for insomnia or other health conditions. Some herbs can interact with medicines and aren't suitable for everyone, so it's worth checking with a pharmacist or healthcare professional when you're unsure.
For me, the biggest lesson has been that small things matter.
A better evening routine. A little less rushing. A warm cup of something you've grown yourself.
Sometimes that's a good place to start.
WITH CARE.    Fiona x
